CHALLENGE
This international social entrepreneurship project needed to make their annual World Cup competition accessible to more people and better meet the needs of NextGen leaders however they needed strategic firepower on a lean budget.
SOLUTION
Provided fractional marketing director support and led several workshops with stakeholders to identify and develop a key strategic framework to activate thousands of student leader members.
RESULT
Transformed the World Cup from an annual invite-only competition to an influencer-led movement with a digital toolkit, playbook of dos and don’ts, content calendar, influencer plan and live/real-time social media plan that could be activated and implemented by full-time staff without additional budget or overhead.
