Challenge
Blockbank was on a mission to become a leader in non-traditional finance, helping users bridge the gap between centralized (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) but was unsure of the direction of the marketing.
Solution
Took on the role of fractional CMO and hosted a series of short workshops to determine the scope of the growth and staffing needs.
Result
Created a marketing plan with a remote team scaling plan based on growth milestones within 30 days. Created job descriptions and consulted on interviews.
